Merged leagues: link old league player cards

When two leagues a merged to make one, and players are cloned from an old league to the new one, their player cards in the new league should include a link to their cards in the old league. That would make it a lot easier to check old stats, development patterns, and transactions.

Especially useful in variable dev leagues!
