If you don't mind someone from that league weighing in (football trade advice threads don't have the same response numbers as baseball), It's a fair offer. Whether you'd be better off with the picks or players is your call but you're being offered solid value.

Usually when I post here, I am asking for a "what do you think" as a mean in helping me decide because its a straight down the middle offer. However in this case, I decided not to tear up my base def unless a better offer came araound

I also thought it was a fair offer considering the age of the players.
