ABE is killing me

Five of my starting hitters have spent time on the DL this season, three of them right now. ABE has a great sense of humor. Worst run was when our starting catcher was out for 14 games and we went 2-12.

I suppose it could be much worse.

I seem to recall having a season in which catcher was the "position of doom" for my squad. My starting catcher went on the DL for 30-40 games, and while he was still there, he was joined not only by his backup, but also by two prospect Cs from the minor league club, AND then two emergency replacement Cs grabbed from the waiver wire.
