Your whole OL needs to be rebuilt, the only playmaker you have on offense is a 29yo RB who is going to be all but done after this season. That defense isn't in as bad shape as the offense but needs some work as well.

You should take it or post on the league board that the #1 pick is for sale and hope something better comes along. Your team has giant holes at almost every position and you have nowhere near enough draft picks the next 3 seasons to fill them. Your best chance at being competitive in the next 3 seasons is by acquiring as many picks in the first 3 rounds as you can get.Your whole OL needs to be rebuilt, the only playmaker you have on offense is a 29yo RB who is going to be all but done after this season.
