Allocation of optioned players

What is used to determine which team is awarded an optioned player? I had the same record as the team that was awarded a player I made a claim for.

If you are in the same league it will be based on head to head record, with the team with the worst record having priority, if you in opposite leagues ABE will do a virtual coin flip.

If it's the beginning of the season it is based on the previous year's standings, otherwise it's based on current record.If you are in the same league it will be based on head to head record, with the team with the worst record having priority, if you in opposite leagues ABE will do a virtual coin flip.
