Our friend McLovin says he's renewing, but hasn't paid. He hasn't logged in since June 8th, and has gone AWOL before. I asked Admin about this to make sure we're following the rules (that is, how long do we have to wait for him), but I'd like the rest of the owners to chime in:

Should we put McLovin's Atlanta team up for expansion along with the other two ownerless teams, or wait for him longer?

I'd say yes, I think a 3 team expansion draft would be attractive to more potential owners than 2. McLovin has bailed at least twice on the DJL before and has also done extended absences. If he'd provided an email address I'd say give him a 24 hour deadline but he hasn't provided one.

PS If he shows up and pays before his team is posted, all is forgiven.

I agree with all the above, if he was paid up, then I would say wait the 30 days, but as that he is not, it is time to try and sell it.

Now if he comes back and pays up before it is sold, then I would welcome him back, because some times real life does get in the way (I hope all is well for him)...

Not that this is easy but put it up for sale....One can say they are going to be out of town or at least let the commish know.

I agree. Sell it unless he comes back and would like to reclaim it.
