You have a unique and pretty rare QB that should excell, You should not trade him for anything he can carry the team, Also consider condition drills for your players it will keep them at top conditioning. It's not a pay league and condition drilling is worth it. You have a solid group of players at below 90% conditioning they miss playing time.
