can I continuously update training drills through out the day with multiple results
I would like to know how my training plan works...is it for that week or for that moment. For example, can I "bot" a weight training drill until my player is a "A+" in strength and then move to the player's next weakness and once that player has reached the platform where I would like them to be, move to the next player and perform the same again before the next game

My question is how often do training drills take effect. Can I assign a single training drill knowing that it would not take effect until the next game, orcan I continuously update training drills through out the day with multiple results
