He has done nothing in his rookie year and only played 79 min, so he has also lost a lot of development opportunities. His STR and AGL are average at best, as is his potential and attitude. Simply put, he´s not getting much better than he is now. For me he´s a 3rd or 4th round talent.
The most important questions to ask in any trade are:
Do you think you can get a better player who fits your team in the draft with that #2 pick?
Are you trading something of potential value for a player that is a need position for your team?
Does it make you better than the draft choice would make you?
Are you giving back more or less than he is really worth? If youre not challenging for the playoffs than you should never over pay in a trade. Save those over payments for the deals that can put your team over the top.

I wouldn't have any interest in spending that good a pick on a DL who can't tackle, personally.Pages: 1
