Injuries -- a question

For some seasons now I find my teams entering the playoffs with key late season injuries. Any one else see this. I can show a couple of examples. I find this very frustrating cause it seems to get players I need to win with. here we go .

11-06-2005 This one took me out of the strong seasons run
While over these seasons my opponents get the edge by never missing any key players to my knowdlege.

I am wondering has this happened like this to other players?
