1. currently there is no catcher rule. anybody can catch. the proposed change is to have a player rated at least 50% as catcher to be eligible to start as catcher.
2. the league has no trade deadline. the proposed change is to have a trade deadline of sept 3 each year.
We had enough interest to bring this up that we have proceeded with taking a vote which will end Sunday March 22.
Can we change these rules? If so, what percentage (or number of owners) is necessary to have the changes approved. If it is based on a percentage I assume that the number of yes votes will be divided by the total number of owners (24), i.e. if an owner does not vote it is the same as a no vote.
These rule changes are separate. One rule change may be approved while another may fail.
If a change(s) are approved and the site has no objection I assume that the rule changes will be effective with the next season's start. The voting will end during the course of a season.
I hope what we are in the process of doing is ok with the site. I read a lot of the boards but I didn't see this specific question.

yeah you can absolutely do that. Dynasty leagues can't make changes, but private leagues can. You need to post this in Support and admin will guide you through it.Pages: 1
