here is a very simple idea that would be really easy to implement: Allow to insert a newline in the private notes of a team, so that the notes are wrapped in the depth chart. It would be fun to have more formatting options (like BBCode), but a newline alone would make me happy :-)
I use private notes rather extensively to make notes of draft picks, position changes, development curves, trades and so on, but having all in one line sucks.
