I noticed that some players connote be sent to the minors...? When do they reach this status?? When will I be able to send them??

Could someone let me know

Any player with a red box around the "Dem" button first must pass through waivers before reaching your minors, and players who are ranked at least A- (red letter) cannot be released to the WW, so the only way to remove those players from your active roster is through a trade.
