Congrats to the New York Americans on winning the 2009 World Series. Also congrats Washington on a another great season on reaching the World Series back to back seasons.

I will give my patented World Series MVP award this year to the entire Americans pitching staff - compiling a 1.43 series ERA with an 0.75 WHIP, against the AL's #1 offense.
Good luck to all next season. The Dodgers and Americans tower over the rest of the league like majestic redwoods, but in a competitive NL it is always fun to watch the race unfold - close in most years. In the AL, Chicago, Baltimore, and the NY Gothams figure to be excellent again.

Congrats Bayside on another title! The Americans dynasty continues, with 2 championships in 3 seasons, and 3 in the last 6. Thanks! Although I have no fireworks banner this time? Booo. Always fun to win but the cliff is coming and coming quick. Brooklyn still hasn't spoken to me. Even after I brought him back from Vegas alive.Win while you can. Horseradish is coming.
