I would like to do some kind of package trade where I would send Trent Sparma and somebody/something else to you for a vet pitcher who can go 200 innings with a respectable (read under 4.00) ERA for a couple of years.
I might be willing to trade George Busby for a guy with A or A- power in a package and would definitely trade Jim Case for a guy with more power. I have some good role player utility guys who can be part of the package.
For those teams who get the studs, you may want to talk to me about the guys who are now no longer starting as a result of the trade, I am probably interested in them if they are upgrades for me.
In case you are wondering or remotely care I decided Perrine didn't have as good as offensive ratings as the guy I just picked up, Mears, and he is 22 so I am gonna give him the 5CPs spit n' shine in the minors for one more year, if I pick up a power stud I want to send Bivins down for one more drink at the well too. I am psyched because Nonnenkamp, Busby and Keltner went up in power so I think I will be better in batting and I had some good control upgrades too. I think you are going to learn who Jose Acosta is too, I am amped about him playing everyday in Left.
Finally, having decided subtetly gets you nowhere, if you draft Stephen Braun (I don't have draft position to go after him) I am willing to pay to get him after the draft, message me! Oh yeah and I REALLY want a high second pick as long as you don't ask for something I just can't give up like one of my starters.
Anyway this may be the only time all year I get to be cheery about the Wind so thanx for letting me ramble. Pre-season optimism, how Chicago of me! :lol
