Just curious why Bill Hutton of the Knights is not even listed in the league leaders for batting average. 417 ABs in 120 games gives him about 3.4 ABs per game. Hes hitting .398. Anyone have any idea? George Ruth is listed with around the same # of ABs.July 09, 2004 at 01:15PM View BBCode
my understanding is that to be eligible you need 3.1 at bats per game of the team you play for .i.e 502 at the end of the season. That's all I can tell you.July 09, 2004 at 03:49PM View BBCode
The players need 3.1 plate appearances per team game played. It's not at bats, but plate appearances, the same as for a title in Major League Baseball.July 09, 2004 at 05:28PM View BBCode
