The preseason offers a chance to try out new strategies and new players. Some leagues seem to enjoy the preseason, others would prefer to get it done quicker to get to the regular season.
By default, your league will stay with running one game per day during the preseason, but if 75% of the owners in a league want to switch to the faster preseason, the option is available now.

Premium leagues now have the option of accelerating the preseason, running 2 preseason games per day with quarters 1.5 hours apart rather than 3 hours apart.The preseason offers a chance to try out new strategies and new players. Some leagues seem to enjoy the preseason, others would prefer to get it done quicker to get to the regular season.

As long as we keep the preseason (2 days with 4 games) and playoffs are independant days (3 days.) I am ok with preseason and regular season games being 2 a day. I am also hoping that week 17 is a 1 game day with the afternoon game being vacant. I do not think it is fair to make teams check in during the middle of the day - most of us work or have school.

I was against it in my other league when we voted. But it went through anyway, and it isn't so bad.So I'll vote yes to accelerated preseason.

Vote No. Like the time to evaluate players and try different things.:spin:

Agreed. Too busy to check in during the day, and I like being able to look things over at night and make adjustments then.

Vote "No". Barely have the time now to check in, especially in the preseason. Need the extra time. League moves fast enough.

the prince votes to accelerate the pre season, but it is a valid reason by some to need more time to evaluate players[Edited on 7-26-2014 by polpol]
