assuming this is a request for people to give opinions, yes. he'd need to be in the proper offence (he'll be awful in a west-coast scheme) but I've seen guys like that win multiple titles.

as a DE

i'd be inclined to put him at LB, myself. if the system will let you put him at DE he'll be fine there again the run. I don't know how good a pass rusher he'll be.

if his best pos is RT he'll be ok there, although I like my OL to be stronger than that.

without seeing your roster i'd rank them QB, SS, TE.
