in my opinion, only the safety is worth a #1 overall. all the others are sorely lacking in certain areas.
i want to take a Tackle, I need a Tackle but i don't like them at the high end of a 1st round.

there's a few other OL i could take with two 2nd round picks
IMO, this draft is weak in terms of high end talent. Again, I only see the SS as an elite player.
I've probably ranked 5 different players #1 over the past two weeks.

I do think the QB you have will be pretty good in the long run. Have you thought about trading down? Have not seen the entire draft, but you might be able to really upgrade the offensive line by drafting Maples later in the first, and getting an additional pick to fill another position.
Otherwise, Smith might be the safety pick.
QB aggressiveness.

Morris is an intriguing prospect at QB, although I don't have a clear idea on the effect of his low aggressiveness. It does bother me a little. The way the game is right now, I think I would want an aggressive QB that would attack defenses (since they almost always suck).
