I don't know if I am the only having this problem but I can view 36 prospects

You are not alone... It looks like everyone gets a 1st round pick and only the bottom 12 teams get a 2nd round pick.

The last draft had one player missing, I posted about it, but there has been no reply.

It may have failed because it was running while we were moving the changes in yesterday? I'm not sure, but I just re-ran it and it looks fine now.
