League Merger - Timing and Draft

The draft will run as scheduled on May 14th. Later that day I will merge the leagues into the new league.

Any future draft picks that have been traded will be brought over manually through trades after the merger is complete.

I've gone ahead and setup the shell for the league. You should all have teams now, though you don't have players yet.
