I also changed the way players are created and placed on the waiver wire to start the season. Before, these players were part of a large pool for all leagues to have a chance to claim. This isn't very realistic, and could cause problems down the road when leagues are actually in different seasons (ie a washed up 38 year old in a league that has advanced to 1960 becomes a prime 28 year old in a new league).
Also, this free agent thing was causing some problems with the draft results page, which I won't go into. This page seems to be working fine now... at least for league #3.

I ran the draft for league number 3. And while I was at it, I fixed a few things that needed some work. I took Modred's and Larry013's suggestions and tweaked the numbers for batters L vs. R skill levels. It was far too random before, and players were having a large disparity between how they hit lefties vs. righties.I also changed the way players are created and placed on the waiver wire to start the season.
