This has happened in a few games, I'm watching on dynastyvision, and many of my backups are starting, not just playing when a starter is tired. No one's hurt, it's not the preseason.
I hadn't officially set my depth chart because the guys I wanted to start were starting at the beginning of the season and I assumed it would stay like that, so I guess maybe I should've done that. But I think it should be a safe assumption that the game won't choose to put in unquestionably worse players as starters.

check your formation charts. also, if you haven't set anything in any of the charts at all then you're going completely at AFE's mercy. and when AFE selects players, he will take the 'best' available at each position, in fill order, on every play. you'd be surprised how much of a difference fatigue can make in that selection.

Also, if you are up by more than 4 touchdowns or down by more than 5 it will play your backups.Chris
