When I couldn't find one, I decided what the heck, I'll set one up myself.

In case you don't know, a banner exchange is a way for websites to advertise for free. For every ad that you display on your site, someone else displays your ad. Actually, it uses a 3:2 ratio, but you get the idea.
If anyone out there runs a website, it would be really cool if you signed up so we could test it out together!
