Top GM needs a coach

Need someone to formulate an offensive and defensive plan for the above roster.
Need play calling instruction along with percentages

options vs running team, balanced team, passing team, etc.

whatever thoughts you have are acceptable

I can draft and make trades, add talent to the roster but the actual in game strategy is beyond my ability

send PM

This would be great if it were a part of the game structure...
...I'll post it as a suggestion if you don't mind.

Interesting idea but I can see all the hundreds of locked threads now of heated arguments of people complaining that their GM or Coordinators suck and aren't doing their job.

Well, now AFE won't take all the blame, right? lol

Now, if you're the GM you can invite (and sign) people you'd trust to work in your team if you want to, and you'd have the option to fire them if you no longer want to work with them.

If you're a Coordinator you can ask for and/or accept an invitation to work with a GM that you trust (or with one that you don't, just to start building a résumé and/or to learn the game). You can quit if you want to.

*Also it would need that every manager should have a page/card with their history mentioning their position, record and reason of leaving from each job he's had.

GMs would need to be premium, but Coordinators could play for free.
I know several managers in the single season leagues that I know would be great managers and probably this would be a push to make them willing to pay premium.

(Going for a full makeover though, I would change the single season leagues system to College Football Leagues, so it would make more sense to move from College HC/GM to Pro Coordinator to Pro HC/GM, but that's just way too far and not really part of this suggestion).

I'm crossposting this to the football enhancements forum, in case someone wants to oppose or support this idea:

Interestingly, I had considered this at some point, even to the point of having some owners acting as agents for players. But to make sure there were enough participants the site would have to be much much larger than it is.

It doesn't have to be forced, it could be an option.
Also, right now we can sign up for up to 5 different leagues, but that's really time consuming:
I'm already playing in 2 and I wouldn't be able to manage a third team, however I could be interested in joining a third team as OC instead of the whole package.

I wouldn't mind someone with some experience checking over my roster and game play strategy and giving me some guidance. Anything would help bc the boards on the football side are quiet compared to the baseball side.

I wouldn't mind setting other peoples strategies, but I wouldn't let anyone touch mine. I start adjusting from the 1st Qtr and can't count someone else to make the Qtr to Qtr adjustments I need to win.

there are lots of guys who are willing to offer help and insight if approached. I do agree that the football help boards are less useful. I think it's at least partially because there are so many different successful strategy options here so it's harder to give advice not knowing what the other guy's style is.
