Player card images

I have done some heavy editing to the player card image creator, both to fix some bugs and to add five new card faces (Fleer 1961, Topps 1973, Topps 1975, Topps 1982, Topps 2002). Please be on the lookout for any weirdness loading player cards or with the pop-up cards.
