Rules:
++75% of the total ballots need to be affirmative for a candidate to be inducted
++40% of the total ballots need to be affirmative for a candidate to be held over (a player can appear on a maximum of 5 ballots)
++Write-ins are allowed but will be added to the next ballot so that each candidate gets a fair vote
++At least 8 votes are needed for there to be a legitimate vote
++If you don't want your vote to be public, then u2u it to me

You must have caught me in a (rare) good mood...I don't normally endorse such a large grouping (especially when it includes a RP...AGAINST my religion!).
