Adams slugs 400th home run

Mired in a miserable slump to start the season, including time on the disabled list, Joe Adams lsugged his career hoem run in teh Gotham's 10-4 loss the A's on June 3, 2003.
Adams now ranks 27th in TRL history in home runs, with several players in his sights. He is two home runs behind Ed Carroll and former teammate Mark Geimke for most home run sin Gotham history.
Carroll, who was acquired via trade by the Gothams in 1956 from the Washington franchise hit all of his home runs playing for NY, while Geimke spent his entire career with the Gothams.
Bart McCool is the TRL's all-time home run champ, with 571 playing for St. Louis and Philadelphia early in his career, prior to spending the bulk of his time playing for the Chicago Scotties.
