Summa and Stairs on the Block

B+ 1B/3B/corner OF Harlan Summa and B+ OF Jose Stairs are both on the trade block in Baltimore. Both guys are solid depth guys, and Stairs could still provide a good spark near the top of the lineup. 2nd rounder will nab either one of them. Add in a middling prospect, and you might get both.
