Philibert Scholes has a real good chance to lead the HWL in HR's, H, RBI, AVG, R, SLG, OBP, and OPS!!! I think he should be tested for PED's,lol

At least he didn't tail off as much as some of my other expensive acquisitions.
Now only if my team could field like Scholes, then I'd feel a little better heading into playoffs...

I think he is getting some bonus points for being on a new team plus on a team with over 110 wins. I have definitely seen players with better stat lines for a season, but even those players didn't have MVP votes this high.
I hope Scholes continues his career year by getting post-season MVP honors as well! It's going to take a team with a few hot hitters to have a chance to be the Cincy Hawks.

Scholes is posting the highest MVP score I have ever seen. I looked back through the past all-stars and no one has ever broken 2000.I think he is getting some bonus points for being on a new team plus on a team with over 110 wins. Quadruple Crown! 35HR-35SB season. Actually led every hitting category except SB. I guess that is main reason he got 2075 MVP votes.At least the fans can't say I gave up the future for a has been!
