Can the BAL stop doing it? You want to rename your prospects, great. But can all the vets be left alone, to make it easier on the rest of the League?

I know the new BAL owner thinks it's humorous, but I'm not seeing much humor in changing the names of players. It's kind of a pain in the a** to have to discern who the original player was.Can the BAL stop doing it? You want to rename your prospects, great. But can all the vets be left alone, to make it easier on the rest of the League?

I am in robot's camp though, I only rename my draft picks and I change their names the season I draft them.

I personally don't have a big problem with it. It's within the rules. I know there is at least 1 other owner that has renamed players after chicks. I can't remember what league, but it's a good owner. Of course, if anhjohn is going to be gone after 2 seasons, that would be pretty annoying. Agree, Vets should never have their name's changed, period. And have'n bad / unfunny changes adds to the lameness of it even more....

sorry to offend some of you, however I enjoy it so I'll probably continue to do it. As for being here more than two seasons, its my purpose to be here for a long time hopefully. Thanks for the welcome from some of you as well.

It's just not fair to have extremely hot chicks on the field...my players can't concentrate when we play them...

Well, far be it from anyone here to detract from your "enjoyment." But a) it's stupidly unfunny and b) it's a respectful request from longtime owners that you NOT rename veterans.
Refusing to do so merely gives the double middle finger to the League. You want to name your prospects and/or prospect waivers players the names of famous chicks, that's all well and good. But leave the vets alone. How hard is that?
