BOS, LAA, MIL, MIA, PIT, DET, CAR, GB, ORL, CHI, SF, BUF, LV, NO, PHI, STL
How is it STL is behind PHI, winner of the division I am in, and also winner of the Sim Bowl, ahead of me in the order? And no, I have not made any successful waiver wire claims since the season ended. How does this make sense?

I really don't understand how the waiver claim priority works. I finished last season as a wild-card team (STL in the ESFL), losing in the conference finals. On the day after the draft, this is the order of the waiver claim priority:BOS, LAA, MIL, MIA, PIT, DET, CAR, GB, ORL, CHI, SF, BUF, LV, NO, PHI, STL
