Minor bug fix

I fixed a couple bugs with the waiver wire logic. There was a loop hole that allowed you to have 26 minor leaguers that I closed. And I also put a check in to make sure you have at least 40 players on your team (so guys don't waive their entire team out of frustration).

Let me know if you experience any problems with waiver wire transactions in the beta league.

I also upped the Draft to 50 rounds in the code. For some reason, I kept forgetting to do this...

Seriously, good work all around. Is the amateur draft this season going to be 10 players to make up for the short initial draft? It would be nice to get some extra players in the player pool.

It would take some work to get it to 10 players, just for one beta season. Sorry, the waiver wire will get populated over time.

I've been wrong before, but it would seem to me that running the draft twice would skew the talent level again. Also, there would be the minor problem of 2 1951 #1 draft picks.

I could run it twice, but as Brad said the talent pool would be skewed.
