A rated player on waiver wire

An A rated player has been optioned. I remember reading somewhere that this was either illegal or at least frowned upon. I will cancel my claim is this is the case.

The program is supposed to prevent teams from waiving (A) players, Miami please recall him to your team.

I suppose you could alert admin. I don't recognize the name and he has no history...could be just a newby mistake. It doesn't seem malicous.
I have a claim in too. If admin can reverse it, that seems like the way to go.
