Kickers and Punters on the waiver wire

In the real world there are many, many kickers and punters available for employment, in the ZFL there are 6 punters and 10 kickers.
Some may complain there are too many players on waivers, I disagree, but really ........... 6 punters, with the best one a 58 OVR ?

We used to have the opposite problem with kickers and punters until I reduced how fast/well they improve.
I added a bunch of code at one point to thin the herd of waiver types but it should work from the bottom up for the most part. I'll take a look and see if I need to make this code smarter to ensure there are players on the wire.

Right now there are 874 players on the wire. The talent levels look about right for waiver players for the most part. So what I think I am going to do is inch up the average kicker/punter retirement age and see if that helps without causing another big talent buildup.

How about improving the talent level of the long snapper/holder corps.
I am continually amazed how many backup QBs and punters are rated as putrid holders. As a result we have a lot of bad, poor holds that somehow still make it through the uprights.
Regarding long snappers on my team, out of 11 linemen, TE etc that have some snapping competence, the highest rated is...63. There is exactly one FA LS listed under 'by best role' at 54. There are a couple other centers on the WW at 57 for LS. QB grade out that high for LS.
I only found one red letter LS among all the centers in ZFL. They just dont seem to exist.
