Just recently took on my first Premium League team, so I don't have any experience with player development over more than one season. My question is, will [url=http://football.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=1476614]Harry Swilling[/url] ever be good enough to lead a team anywhere? He is 25 with only A- in throw accuracy. Thanks.December 12, 2012 at 12:22AM View BBCode
His B- execution hurts him as much or more than his A- accuracy (I believe). He's never going to be a great QB. He'll be serviceable. My backup QB is similar to him at the same age.December 12, 2012 at 01:25AM View BBCode
He is going to beed to get better Execution. I had a very similar QB, who is now 29. He has the same Stats but B+ Execution. Your guy is still converting good. I don't think he'll ever be a great, but he will be a decent starter with 2-3 years of improves. His A- Overall comes from his non passing stats.December 14, 2012 at 10:28AM View BBCode
Thanks guys. Will probably stick with him for awhile. My other QB is A-/A+ and just a year older, but has C execution, and is a turnover machine. He completes more passes for more yards than Swilling, but also makes several bad throws per game resulting in picks.December 14, 2012 at 02:43PM View BBCode
honestly, i don't think swilling is a great fit for the offence you're running. he's actually be a reasonable option in a deep passing game but i don't think the A- acc guys are much help in the short passing game and, judging from his stats, that's what you're running.December 14, 2012 at 07:27PM View BBCode
