In today's series vs. Chicago, the Gothams outscored the visitors 24-0 over the 3 games. New York pitchers also only just 10 hits over the 3 games.August 19, 2012 at 10:37PM View BBCode
Game 2 was actually a good classic pitcher's duel. You only gave up only 1 run on 5 hits. You should win those games. The problem in that game you only got 3 hits yourself. Game 3 was just ugly, 18 runs on 17 hits. Ouch. As to your only getting 10 hits in all 3 games, 3.33 hits a game against any team in a series is rough. Especially against a Division leader like NY. Not sure if I should be congratulating NY and it's pitchers and pitching coach or offer you our condolences for your bad streak of not hitting, so consider it said that I have done both with this post. (Rumor has it that the Chicago Kabooms batting coach has put up a for sale sign on his house. I wonder why?)August 23, 2012 at 12:41AM View BBCode
