An Apology

I'm in process of dismantling the Cleveland team, a shadow of the '07 Champs. When I do a complete rebuilding like this, my general practice is to find what I identify as "dead wood" for my rebuilding process and unload them, offering the players to all 15 teams at once.
It has been brought to my attention that I seem to be offering trades and then snatching them back. I apologize that it seems like that. The first team that responds will get the player(s) that I am unloading, and the other 14 teams will not get a chance to accept the offer or make a counter-offer.
I have only a few players left that do not fit into my plan. I will put them in the the block and will sit back and weigh incoming offers for them. My experience is that it is less effective than making offers, but I hope that will make the process better.
