Your team got hot at the right time!

Wilverines hit the nail on the head, that winning streak to finish up the regular season got you into the playoffs and then carried over into the ALCS and WS!
For anybody thinking that it seems like the Highlanders are ALWAYS in the playoffs - you are not far off. They have been in the playoffs 8 out of the last 9 seasons.
Heck of a team (and dynasty) you have built LTJaeger! Congrats and well done!

Thanks guys; it was another fun season, and marked my first championship with the Highlanders after being in the hunt just about every year....if you count finishing 25 games behind the Menehune being "in the hunt".Now, I just need to figure out how to replace all my retirees and should-be-retired players with no 2nd or 3rd round draft picks!

I hear you....I thought I had pulled a Rip Van Winkle and missed two months+, during which time the Highlanders had pulled a rabbit out of the hat and won another WS.:-)
