The Mercenaries' Jake Raschi threw a [url=http://simdynasty.com/boxscore.jsp?cityid=13&boxscoreid=22921685]no hitter[/url] against Pittsburgh in game 93 today. While this is a terrific achievement in its own right (only the 2nd time one of my pitchers has thrown a no-no in 65.5 seasons - nearly 11000 games), it was not the greatest feat of this performance. After allowing Pete Connell to walk in the first, Raschi forced Duke Anderson into a 6-4-3 double play. No other Pittsburgh player would reach base.

Raschi faced 27 batters, got 27 outs... but the walk to Connell kept this feat to a no hitter.
