from how it looks like guys advance in the minors...it doesn't look very good. I wish they would give us more CP's...May 16, 2004 at 07:54PM View BBCode
I think the style for the new draft is great. I believe some players fell because certain owners were looking for a key player to help them out. I feel that all in all most owners didn't let the key players that they valued slip away.May 16, 2004 at 08:29PM View BBCode
My first ammy draft. I expected more talent. I was glad to see plenty of pitchers to chose from. A couple positions didn't have anyone that I would want to waste coach points on so I ranked them accordingly. Is this draft a result of the talent inflation problem Tyson has been working on?May 17, 2004 at 12:31AM View BBCode
I don't think anyone should think they're going to turn their team around with the amateur draft otherwise what would be the point of drafting for youth in the initial draft? An older team would be great from the start and never have to worry about youth.May 17, 2004 at 02:38AM View BBCode
I think the ranking system is a great way to go about drafting. As far as the talent available in this draft, eh, less than spectacular. It varies each year and this year's didn't impress me all that much. Oh well, with another year of getting my butt kicked coming up, hopefully the next draft will have a little more talent.May 17, 2004 at 07:35AM View BBCode
I thought the new draft style is great. The talent pool was below average IMO.Pages: 1
