Just noticed that Montreal is averaging about 7 runs per game and every regular has a Slugging Pct of over .535. Wow

Impressive as you say. But, not unexpected. 40 more homers then any other team. The pitching gets a tip of our cap. ERA. under 4 in that closet they play in.

As of gm114, every one of Montreal's starting 8 is an All-Star(7 of them 1st team).

Ist team CF Tim Krueger is out for over a month, giving a chance for MTL CF George Barbare a chance to move up to 1st team. If so it would give MTL a starting lineup of all 1st team All-Stars,excluding the pitcher. With no playoff races this year, at least something to watch. Wilson Gonzalez has a good shot of breaking the all-time single season Runs Scored record(162).He has 119. Terry Thurmond has a shot of being the LDL's first 30 game winner.(23-2).
