There are only 14 left in the entire league.

There are 4 in the current draft, and 3 of them are horrible.

This strikes me as a problem.

I'll check it out. This is likely to happen if a league tends to use kickers as punters, which I think may have been happening here. But I think I need to put some failsafes in the retirement code to make sure positions never fall below certain levels.
