I'm having a hard time understanding this because there is specific code in place to practically guarantee a certain percentage of return TD's.

Right now I'm in the middle of modifying the punt return code (and really it should go into the kickoff return code as well) so I will look at this as well.

this is clearly a minor issue, but I've never seen a fumble returned for a TD either
