getting rid of the off day before SB

I think this would be a great idea for this league, the other 2 premium leagues have it. You dont lose anything it just fast fowards the league by 1 day. Should we put this to vote?

The BSFL is the only premium league to still have the offday before the Sim Bowl. Does anyone want to keep it? If not I will remove it.

I don't have a voting mechanism on the football side, but as there have been no objections I will eliminate that offday.
