The following trade is being voted on in the Mayo Smith League:<br /><br />A trade has been completed between the New York mets and the Detroit Tigers. Yes, Kilduff (now Wood) is a very solid player. But he's posting horrible stats for the second year in a row. And while I'll grant NY didn't get much for him, this just isn't a significant enough situation to warrant going through a protest.

This is the 3rd year of a trial league, and I don't really think it's worth getting too worked up over any trade in these leagues unless it's clearly conspiratorial or supremely unbalanced. And this close to the end of the final season is especially irrelevant.Yes, Kilduff (now Wood) is a very solid player. But he's posting horrible stats for the second year in a row.
