OK lets see what we have here
Texas gets
Kid Lehr, an OS26 A-/A- A/B+ OF He's got a little more development to do and depending on where he is could end up as A/A A+/A- but is most likely to be where he is grade wise, maybe knocking up one or two attributes but not all of them. Overall I'd say he's solid but not great. He can play on most teams, is likely a 4th OF on a great team.
Bob Currie an OS24 SP with A/B- attributes. That B- control means he's going to be inconsistent year to year. Its really the minimal level to see any effectiveness in the majors and he can have good years followed by bad years. His rates will fluctuate somewhat wildly year to year but over a career he's likely to post an ERA in the 4.25 range with a WHIP in the 1.35 range. He's going to improve a bit and if he can reach A+/B status he'll be an effective number 2 starter so it'll. There will be growing pains though.
2nd round pick-minimal value
In exchange Tampa Bay gets
Lou Holke an OS23 B/C+ SP. He's not yet ready to pitch in the majors and at OS23 really needs to be. He' maxes out in the high B+/low A- range for Vel and probalby a high B- for control when developed. Essentially a marginal player/roster fill
2 1st round picks
1 2nd round pick.
The question here then is the value of those picks. Texas appears to be an end of the round picker here, not quite a playoff pick this year but in the 10-12 range. Given the lack of declines scheduled on his team the next few years he's likely to be in that range or higher for the next few years. So its essentially 2 late round firsts for a solid OF and a 4th starter who could become a 2nd. The seconds and Holke are more chaff than anything else. Personally I think the trade leans towards Texas as the players would have more value to me than a couple of playoff type picks but the issue here is not whether one team or another "won the trade".
In general I'd let this one stand. The one caveat I have there is if this is a situation where a veteran owner is taking advantage of a new owner I'd probably overturn particularly if the veteran has a habit of predatory trading but that's something that you as league members would have to evaluate rather than an outsider like me without knowledge of the owners involved.
