Anyway we can get the time changed from 11 PM to something slightly earlier?

The draft time was set so late to give people more time to review the Combine results (set as soon as the Sim Bowl ends) and the draftee salaries (set in the offseason). But yes, it could probably be stand to be moved a bit earlier.
