Another odd QB sub

In [url=http://footballbeta.simdynasty.com/boxscore.jsp?boxscoreid=7157&thid=723]this game[/url] SOR starting QB [url=http://footballbeta.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=147025]Toy Caldwell[/url] enters the game at 93% conditioning and plays only two series before having to be subbed.

My QB energy tolerance is set at 50% .

I can't think of any reason that would happen. Looking into it.
