You decide on your settings and he doesn't follow them. First of all he pulled my starter in the 9th with a shutout going which I have set to not pull with a shutout. Next the pitcher he brought in was not my closer ( my closer was fine on energy by the way ) and of course the game was lost. This is in no way the first or even twentieth time this has happened in my various leagues. It is frustrating as hell.

It looks like your starter was pulled because of your pinch-hitting rule. He was pulled before the ninth inning, so those settings never came into effect. But regardless, your closer should have been brought in...

closer had pitched in 5 straight games, though there was an off day in there. with C endurance, doesn't seem like he's be unavailable, but maybe the appearances caught up to him.what do you have the "If a pitcher has only ____ bars remaining, use him last" set to?
